§        Employees also have the option of voluntarily dropping dependents during this process

The initiative will be communicated to employees via a pre-notification email or letter from Kaiser Permanente on or around June 27, 2017, as well as the initial process letter sent by Aon Hewitt on July 1, 2017 via U.S. Mail.
