For the Guild plan, if the operating margin/Income was met, then the achievement of performance goals for 1] Service and Member Satisfaction, 2] Pharmacy Finance and 3] Quality would have determined the actual payout for each eligible member.
While we achieved our budgeted goal of 4.8% for operating margin/income, we unfortunately did not exceed it as the plan terms require and the incentive plan did not fund. There will not be a payout for 2012 under the terms of the Incentive Plan for the Guild for Professional Pharmacists.
