Award Calculation:

  • A maximum award of $1,800.00 for full time employees per 2015 payroll calendar year is contingent upon 100% achievement of all Pharmacy Operations Performance Goals.  
  • The Incentive Target Award will be reduced based on not achieving all the Performance Goals.  
  • For 2015, results were based on individual Service Area and Medical Center performance and incentive payments vary by location.
  • The payment calculation is determined by the employee’s medical center / regional assignment as of the last pay period in 2015.
